Product questions and support records
If you ask whether a vase fits a shelf or a basket suits a space, you may send a product link, measurements, photos or a description. We use that material to answer and keep a support record. A return request can include your order number, item condition and photos you choose to supply. Avoid including unrelated sensitive information, full payment card data or passwords.
Data generated while you shop
We receive information you supply when ordering, contacting support, requesting a return or making a privacy request, including name, email, phone, billing/shipping address, order contents, messages and return details. Payment providers process payment details and return transaction and status information; do not send us full card data. Shopify and service providers may collect IP address, device/browser data, identifiers, interaction logs and cookie preferences through your use of the store. We may receive fulfillment, payment and fraud-prevention information from providers involved with your order.
Purposes and service providers
We use information to operate the site, process payment, fulfill and track orders, communicate, provide support and returns, prevent fraud, maintain security and comply with legal obligations. Shopify hosts the store. Payment, delivery and technical service providers receive information needed for their roles. We may disclose data where legally required, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards. duotico sells the products; Shopify and payment providers help operate the store and process transactions.
Google Maps
Our homepage and Contact page directly load Google Maps for the Garland correspondence address. These requests can send your IP address, device and browser information to Google, which may use cookies under its privacy policy. A separate Google Maps link sends information when you choose to open it. The mapped address is for correspondence, not shopping, pickup or automatic returns.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Necessary cookies support cart, checkout, security and preferences required to deliver the service. Preference cookies remember choices. Analytics cookies measure use; advertising cookies or pixels may support campaign measurement and targeted advertising if those tools are enabled and permitted. If we use Google Ads, conversion tracking, remarketing, Google Analytics, Enhanced Conversions or personalized advertising, we use them only as described here and subject to applicable choices. If used, Enhanced Conversions may send protected or hashed customer identifiers for measurement; hashing does not make personal information anonymous. Reading this policy or closing a banner is not consent to non-essential tracking. Use available Shopify privacy controls and browser settings; blocking cookies can affect functionality. A banner state alone does not prove no tracking occurs.
Choices and Global Privacy Control
Visit Your Privacy Choices to submit an opt-out request and use any location-dependent controls. You can also email support@duotico.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Supported Global Privacy Control signals are handled through Shopify’s privacy mechanisms where applicable for the browser/device concerned. A browser opt-out may not identify all accounts or other devices; select the account option in the form if offered. Use the available privacy choice form to submit a request; reading this policy alone does not change your preferences.
U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on your state, eligibility and applicable law, including California CCPA/CPRA, you may request access/knowledge, correction, deletion, a portable copy, and information about disclosures. You may have rights to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, limit certain uses of sensitive information where applicable, and receive equal service without unlawful retaliation. We do not claim every state grants identical rights or that one deadline applies everywhere. Advertising-related disclosures can be treated as sale or sharing under some state laws even without a monetary payment.
Verification, agents, response and appeal
Tell us the right you want to exercise and enough information to locate relevant records. We may reasonably verify identity and authority in proportion to the request, using an existing account or limited matching details; we will not request a card CVV or password. An authorized agent may submit a request with proof of authority; where law permits, we may verify directly with you. We respond within the deadline required by your applicable law—for example, generally 45 days for qualifying verified California requests—and provide a legally permitted extension notice and reasons if needed. Other rights and opt-outs may have shorter deadlines. If we decline a request, we explain the reason subject to lawful limits. To appeal where available, reply or email with “Privacy appeal,” identify the decision and explain your concern. We review it and respond within the applicable appeal period, including further regulator options where required.
Retention, safeguards and international processing
We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including order support, accounting, legal duties, fraud prevention and disputes; periods vary by record and requirement. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. Shopify and other providers may process information outside your state or country, subject to applicable transfer protections. The store is intended for general consumers and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child supplied information, contact us for review and appropriate deletion.
