Use this page when you need an answer about a product, an existing order, delivery, a return or your personal information. Email or call us with the product link or order number and the specific question. For a damaged item, tell us what arrived and keep the item and packaging while we review it. Never send full card numbers, CVV codes, passwords or one-time codes.
Before buying a home accent
For a vase or sculpture, send the shelf dimensions if clearance matters. For a basket, tray or desk organizer, identify the listed option and ask about the stated measurements, material notes or included quantity. We can clarify the listing; we will not claim an unlisted waterproof, food-safe or heavy-load rating.

For order changes, contact us promptly before dispatch; changes after shipping cannot be guaranteed. For a return, ask for approval and the correct return destination before mailing anything.
