At a glance
For duotico vases, baskets, trays and other home accents, Standard shipping costs $0 with no minimum purchase within our service area. We ship to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Processing is usually 1–2 business days, transit after dispatch is estimated at 2–4 business days, and the estimated total is 3–6 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. These are estimates, not delivery guarantees.
Where an order can travel
We currently offer Standard delivery to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international or U.S. territory delivery. APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are not included. PO Box eligibility depends on the actual item and available delivery service; contact us before ordering to confirm. We do not promise a particular carrier. Provide a complete, accurate address and contact us promptly about errors; we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.
Fragile and bulky home goods
A glass or ceramic vase and a large storage basket may need different protective packaging or parcel handling. We do not promise a particular carrier or special handling service. If an accent arrives broken, keep the item and packaging if reasonably possible and contact us with the order number and a description; see the Refund Policy for the review and prepaid return process. Do not mail the item to our correspondence address without instructions.
From order to delivery
Processing begins after order acceptance and payment verification. The transit estimate starts after dispatch; the two windows are separate. We send tracking information when available, although the first carrier scan can take time to appear. Separate parcels may have separate tracking. Weather, peak periods, address problems and carrier disruption can change the estimate. If tracking stops updating or a parcel marked delivered cannot be located, contact us with the order number and tracking reference.
Costs and delivery questions
Standard shipping has no minimum purchase and costs $0 within our service area. Applicable taxes and the order total are displayed before you submit payment. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the address and nearby delivery locations, then contact us so we can investigate. Do not return an item to the correspondence address without instructions. Returns and refunds.
When dispatch is delayed
If we cannot ship within the stated processing window, we will notify you and explain the revised estimate. You may accept the new timing or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund to the original payment method. We will not require you to wait indefinitely. A cancellation before shipment is not subject to the return inspection timetable.
